• Check coolant freeze point
• Blow out radiator and condenser
• Grease all lube points
• Inspect machine for additional repairs to provide an estimate

Recommended Maintenance:

• Change engine oil and filter 
• Install new fuel filter(s) and bleed air out of system
• Install new engine air filters and cab filters if needed
• Change hydraulic & transmission filters

Round Baler Inspection

• Check for missing pick up teeth & strippers
• Inspect cams & cam bearings
• Check twine arm adjustment
• Inspect net wrap steel rolls for pits or rust
• Inspect chains and sprockets for wear
• Inspect all roller shafts and bearings
• Operate baler & check bearings with a heat gun
• Inspect baler belts, lacing & pins
• Inspect hydraulic cylinders & hoses for leaks
• Inspect monitor operation & adjust any sensors if needed
• Includes detailed estimate of repairs
